Arrived 30 minutes early , guy at counter who I think is named Joe was there.. Told me I was too early and to come back , his attitude was funky then.. no biggie. I grabbed lunch and arrived back at 4 pm ONLY to wait 20 minutes after my appointment. No one ever came out when I arrived and left me just sitting there. You only came out when other customers came in and then tried t0 wait on them before me. I'm talking about your rude attitude.. Very rude people.. To be specific.. I am talking about when I was there you tried your best NOT to wait on me even customers who came in after me had the sense to know I was next and I seen your face when they told you that .. you seemed disgusted. Your indifferent attitude made me feel unwelcomed. Also their prices are extremely higher that everyone else which is a FACT. Go to Custom Sound in Fairview .. way friendlier people and GUARANTEED better pricing. I never made the appointment myself so you saying I knew pricing or any info is not true . the MAN from Intoxalock did so right there you are a telling a lie .. just another testament to your character. Seems like you should tell someone pricing before you get under their hood! Trust me I wouldn't have given you 80 dingle berries out my **** let alone 80 dollars for a 55.00 job anywhere else. Also consumers your shop has no confidentiality, Joe or whomever posted on Google what my appointment was for etc .. what I was doing there or having installed or removed is my private matter. I would be careful having anything installed there , they may post your private business as that have done to me. Great job guys.. what a joke. Avoid this place at all cost.
