I called the tech support, and although they are very professional, they had no solution for me. They did not offer to look into what might need to be done, just said that was the best they could do. Our internet relies on line of sight technology and since the leaves have bloomed on the trees they are blocking line of sight. In this day and age I would think that there is surely something we can do to get an internet signal from a tower to my home without leaves being a problem.

From start to finish, I would say it went pretty well. After the initial contact with Wisper Sales people, they didn't respond as quickly as I would have liked. I expected them to chase down a sales lead with a bit more enthusiasm. But once I had an appointment scheduled, the email communication with them was excellent. On January 1, the Internet connection stopped working. I sent an email to Wisper and received an explanation 15 minutes later describing the problem and the Internet connection was available approximately 2 hours later. Excellent support response thus far.
