+ -1 moreThey took some time to respond to my request but they did a good job. They were on time once it was scheduled. I used them only because it was frustrating trying to get someone else to do it. Generally they were okay but we had a situation last year where I really got angry with them. They said that there was something wrong with the system because I wasn?t getting gas right even though I had enough gas. They were of the opinion that our gas was out while I was sure it wasn?t. They looked at the last time that I had purchased gas, and I knew that it had been a long time ago, but we hadn?t been using it. I knew we weren?t out and moreover, I had gone and checked. I was just irritated with the attitude beforehand about whether or not I knew what I was talking about. I found their price horrible, and so I switched to another company because I could get gas for 20 cents a gallon cheaper.
Description of Work: I had a yearly agreement with Thompson Gas who provided our gas for us. The last time around they were here to fix the gauges on the tank in the house. They changed the gauges once in November and once in spring. I don’t use them anymore because I changed to another provider because I wanted something that was cheaper.
