Property Management
I did not have a very good experience with them in their property rentals department. I found the reception team to be rude and short tempered. When my lease was up and I was making arrangements to move they would make appointments to show the property, and then not show up. We did not want them to show the property when we were not home. They also force you to have a carpet cleaning company come out to clean the carpets before moving, even if you have just had them recently cleaned. I would like to say that they real estate portion of the company was very satisfactory to work with. The only problems I ever had was with the property management team itself.
