+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT MAKE PAYMENTS ON TIME IF AT ALL, SOMETIMES BEING 3 TO 4 MONTHS BEHIND. THEY ALSO DEFRAUDED A POTENTIAL BUYER BY ALLOWING THE POTENTIAL BUYER TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE HOME BEFORE ACQUIRING THE LOAN. SINTZEL INVESTMENTS ALSO TOLD THE BUYER THE HOME WAS OWNED BY SINTZEL INVESTMENTS. AFTER MONTHS OF NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS I GOT MY HOUSE BACK, BUT, THE POTENTIAL BUYER WAS OUT $25,000. STAY AWAY FROM SINTZEL INVESTMENTS.
Description of Work: I HAD A CONTRACT WITH SINTZEL INVESTMENTS TO PURCHASE MY HOUSE AT A SET PRICE. THEY WERE TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND SELL THE HOUSE AND KEEP ANY MONEYS OVER OUR AGREED PRICE. THEY WERE ALSO TO MAKE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON THE HOUSE UNTIL THE HOUSE SOLD.
