He was personable and he did a good job. When the mortar wasn't quite the same color as the rest of the house, he came back and fixed it. It came out really nice. The price was good, because he did a lot of work for $900.

He was great. He just explained what should not be done and what should have done. He did a good job. Doing a job he did, I think the price was not especially cheaper. He is reliable, shows up on time, did the work, and did the good job. He worked their ratios, sure mount in the basement, and I obey with their solutions and I was saving a lot of money which is other providers completely do everything to go. He is very knowledgeable.

Contacted Roy Barham for estimate on constructing a brick mail box after our last mail box was destroyed by a plow. He contacted us with 24 hours and came out to talk specifics and provide estimate. Agreed to price and asked him to proceed. He had some trouble finding brick to match the house. Took about 3 weeks. Only problem was the length of time between finding brick and delivering completed mailbox. Weather was one contributing factor. Took about 6 weeks. However, once mailbox was delivered, we were very happy with the product.

Roy was meticulous in his work and went out his way to find brick to match our house which was built in 1994. He cleaned up everything and did a beautiful job on mailbox.
