Terrible! They didn't show up as promised the first time, and then when they did show, they had the wrong tile. Lisa said the distributor discontinued the one I ordered and just automatically sent a substitution but I don't believe that story. The tile was nothing like what I had selected. Of course ordering a different tile was another two week delay. Finally they arrived with the correct tile. There was one installer (Ricky) and a lady helper. The tile job itself isn't bad; however the grout is terrible--and messy! It was all over the place. The grout turned real grey when it dried and then we noticed the installer's dirty/oily hand prints all over the edging of the pool. When I first called to complain, Lisa told me to buy some Goof-Off and it would clean the fingerprints off and she'd drop off some grout for my husband to re-do the grout work (we didn't really want them back). We tried the Goof-off while we waited for her to deliver the grout and spent about 11 hours cleaning--didn't work good. I called again and she said she'd come by and look at it--but never showed up. We saw their company again at the Fall St. Charles' Home Show, and told the owner about our situation. He took our name and promised to come by and uncover a corner of the pool and look at the dirty work. Of course he never showed up either. I called him again this spring after we opened the pool and he no longers works for them (or at least that is what he told me). I called Lisa and she accidently answered. She said she'd send him out the following Wednesday to re-grout. The Tuesday evening before his arrival, she left a message stating that the installer had a cyct removed from his leg and can't get in the water and said she could reschedule it for the following week--but he never showed up. I called a few days later to reschedule and she won't answer the phone. I've called her at least 10 times and left messages but she won't return the calls. We have found a cleaner that did a decent job on removing the fingerprints but the grout still looks terrible. Do not hire this company--you'll be sorry.
Description of Work: They installed a tile border around the swimming pool.
