It was great! From the time we walked into the showroom, until the carpet was installed and rooms put back together. Everyone we were with was fantastic, and we are thrilled with the end result. We would HIGHLY recommend hiring them for any project!!!

The sales staff at McCullough's Flooring are very knowledgeable and professional.  They took the time to get to know us and our specific needs.  The installers did a wonderful job.  We get so many compliments on our new flooring.  We absolutely love it!

We took several carpet samples home to look over, did it multiple times, and finally selected the color, brand, and quality we wanted.  Our sales person, Kristi, was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right selection without being pushy.  Without doubt, she was the best sales person we dealt with in the several carpet stores we visited.  Once we made our selection, she came out and measured the rooms and ordered the carpet.  It took several weeks to come in, but when it did, she scheduled an installation appointment at our convenience.
Installation took 2 days.  The crew was professional and did a really good job.  They even identified a leak we had around a window and brought it to our attention so we could have it repaired.  Old carpet was hauled away, and the worksite left clean.

The company was extremely prompt in giving us estimates and information.  The project turned out to be far more extensive than we had originally realized, and we had to reevaluate the project several times as the damage was discovered.  They even made conference calls to flooring manufacturers to get information on products and installation advice.  The crew was wonderful, and we learned needed information about having flooring on a basement level that was not used by another installer four years earlier.  The flooring used then was not protected properly, and was not the correct kind of floor for the downstairs.  We lost a $4,000 investment that insurance wouldn't cover, because the crew through the local Lowe's didn't know what we needed to do.  As the floor had showed signs of buckling, we tried to get Lowe's to deal with the damage during the next several years, but they simply avoided our calls for so long, that we finally got tired of the frustration and gave up.

This was the 3rd time I have used Mc Cullough's and as before they did an excellent job. Professional - Respectful - Thorough are a few of the words I would use to describe them.

This was a pretty big job - about 1800 sq. ft.  The focus to detail and exceptional customer service was there from day 1.  Through the selection of hardwoods, laminates and carpet, removal of old flooring and installation and clean-up, everyone was professional, friendly and took pride in their work as if it were their own home.

We experienced several manufacture ordering glitches and delivery delays that were out of everyone's control but Randy, Russ, Tracy and the whole team kept us updated and informed.

I thought that we had started early enough in the search and selection of our new flooring to have it installed before summer came but because of the extensive options in flooring, colors, special considerations of flooring care (humidity levels, etc.) completion of the entire process was extended by several month, in part due to the manufacture delays noted above.  Keep this in mind when considering your flooring project.

McCullough's is that perfect, hometown, family-owned business that genuinely treats you like you are their only customer.  They have been a strong member of the Belleville community for years.  Their commitment and generosity to the city was further demonstrated when they made provisions for their old store to be used for the operations of a local food pantry.

It is beautiful. It is clear glass, and red glass. It took them 2 days to complete the job. You put the tile up, and then you have to come back to grout it. It didn't take them long at all. We had worked with a designer, and we had picked out the tile, and Mc Cullough was able to get the tile for us. They had done the same in our master bath. They got the marble and blue glass tile that is used in that bathroom. We haven't had any issues with any of the tile.

Job 1. They did a very good job. The only problem we had was a result of the original interior designer giving them incomplete information. Job 2. They did a fine job, but had some trouble in one room and needed to patch an area as a result of a mistake.

The final result was nice, but the floor height changed sufficiently to cause us to alter a door (something they do not do) and they need to design a transition piece, because the tile floor is now much higher than the wood floor it connects with. The baseboards were not reinstalled, as well as, they could have been. There are gaps and one can see where excess caulking was used to cover the spaces. The gas connection to our dryer was not remade correctly and we needed to redo this to stop a gas leak.

They did an excellent job. Tile was cut and laid on the diagonal. It looks great.
