He immediately cashed our $1000 deposit check for the work. We were told the work would be done in 3-4 days. Over a two-month period only several of the windows were wrapped with aluminum and the flashing was finally installed after many phone calls. He did less than $500 worth of the work. He hasn't returned to do the work and won't return our phone calls or respond to a letter. Since hiring him to do the work, we've received significantly more water damage to our home that could have been prevented had the work been done when he said it would.
