As stated above work was done before promised and completely satisfied with all aspects.  Didn't think two weeks ago this would be possible but am extremely pleased and impressed. In the end I would like to thank them for setting things right.

I was very pleased with the installation process. The installer, initials JW, was very polite and courteous. He laid down cloth covering over the carpet to prevent any mess or staining. Once he removed the old set and installed the new one, he explained how to safely operate the new logs (we went to a vent free system). He also told me how to minimize the odor that would be present on the first use of our new fireplace. We simply needed to open the damper and burn the logs consecutively for 5-6 hours.
