HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Did much research on companies 1st b/c I was aware of scams with duct cleaning. But this company is very legitimate professional - techs and receptionist, all the way around! Top quality service! On time and will answer any questions and explain it all in great detail? very polite and professional. And yes, they will take photos throughout if you want to see exactly the differences of before and after. I had bought a 1959 home which had never been cleaned. See my before/after photos. Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE! The guys were awesome and went above and beyond by also helping me carry a heavy appliance from upstairs to my basement. Very nice guys! Even though my dryer has not complained about the vent clogging up, I can't be assured that there won't be further problems because the people from Healthy Home Pest Control & Services cleaned the dryer duct from the outside and did not do so from inside my house. I would have preferred to be there during the appointment. It's wonderful that I didn't even have to be home but I left work early and wasted my leave.

We hired to have our vents cleaned because of an annoying dust problem. I would say that the dust problem is now worse than before this service was provided. Also we were told that they would take pictures and video of the clean air ducts - this was not done. I contacted the company on this only to be told they do not provide this.

worked quickly, explained possible reasons for bugs in my dishwasher, explained what he was doing to eliminate them. Very quickly the few bugs I continued to see were clearly poisoned as they no longer could move away from me as I snatched them with paper towels and got rid of them. It took about two weeks before I saw no more bugs

The tech that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, answered any questions I had, gave me time to get anything together or out of the way that I needed to, and then went to work. Price-wise, it was less than half of what other companies were wanting to treat the whole house and there are free treatments that can be scheduled after if needed. I'll be sticking with these guys.

After the job is finished they vacuum any mess that has been made.. They thoroughly searched for any reason for why my dryer was not working properly and explained any quesions I had. I was very pleased with the experience..

I'd just like to point out how quickly the response was. They were called on Tuesday and received a call on Wednesday and an in depth call on Thursday. The worker showed concern and spoke to me in a way that made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. I would recommend them to any and everyone I come in contact with. I appreciated the fact that the worker was concerned about not just the client but, about the family as well. You don't find that too often these days.
