Greg tuned our 40 year old piano which had been allowed to go woefully out of tune. He did a super job and it sounds great now. He was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. The entire piano is just a shade out of tune with other instruments. It would have cost a little more to bring it into absolute tune, but we plan to sell it and it will require a quick tune after it's moved to its future location. For now, it's in tune with itself and sounds good.

Appointment was set up very quickly. Greg arrived exactly on time. Very knowledgeable of my piano and shared what he knew since this is a new item to me even though it is 60 years old. The only reason I hesitate at all to give a+rating is that the piano seems to be out of tune again. Not sure if this is a problem with the piano itself or even if I maybe am not hearing correctly. My initial feeling is that I would recommend Greg because he was quick, courteous, and appeared to be very thorough.

Greg is always prompt, punctual, and comes when he says he is going to. He always checks things thoroughly to be sure there are no other problems. He is very cordial and nice. My students really like Greg and have him come to their houses. I think that if Greg Junker used electronic equiptment his tuning would be more accurate.
