Called and got estimate and called next morning to make an appointment. He worked me in same day! Best price out of 5 places I called. Professional and fast service. Will go back again without spending time calling around, if needed. Very happy with this place.

I had a cracked window in my home.  I called the manufacturer of my windows and it took a month for them to even come out and give an estimate and was going to take another month to repair.  I called around to other glass places and no one would touch the window saying it required to be replaced by the manufacturer.  When I called Glass and More, they gave me a price over the phone and even came out the same day!  They gave me a two hour window, however they called about an hour earlier and ask if they could come out then.  So they made it out even sooner then expected.
The person looked at the window and said it should not be to bad.  He had the window out in a few minutes and started to work on it outside.  He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.  The trim pieces that held the glass in was glued together but he was very good at separating the trim with no damage at all.  He then was able to remove the glass and cleaned out the area where the new glass was going to be.
The person then cut the glass on site to fit it perfectly.  He did not rush but took the time needed to triple check messurements to make sure it was a perfect fit.  He then applied new sealant to the window and applied the glass.  Again a perfect fit.  He replaced the trim pieces and you can not even tell that it had been touched.
He replaced the window into the frame and applied another sealant as well.  He cleaned up the area and left.  Total time was about an hour.  The price was 1/3 the cost of having the manufacturer repair the window and a whole lot quicker!
