Fresh & Green Carpet Cleaning

Highly Recommend!! For several years I have been very impressed by the great results from, and quality service of, Fresh & Green Carpet Cleaning. I regularly request that David cleans my carpets, which get soiled from pets and visitors. They always look brand new when he is finished! I also feel great knowing that when I play around on the floor with my dog or nephews, there were no dangerous or harsh chemicals used on my carpets. I also appreciate how professional, friendly, and reliable David is- a must for someone I am inviting into my home again and again.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the services provided by David and plan to use this company over and over again. David is very professional and knowledgeable about the services that he provides. He arrived on time on the day of my appointment and explained everything he would be doing during the visit. He was very respectful of our home which, in my opinion, is just as important as the actually services. Our carpets were filthy, prior to his arrival. It must've been 5 yrs since our last professional cleaning. After our services were completed, our carpets looked great! They look just as they did, the day that we moved into our home. Afterwards, David took the time to clean up any overspray of water, remove trash, etc...basically he left the house just as he found it...if not better! I was so impressed with the carpet cleaning, professionalism, and overall service that I received, I decided to have David return two weeks later to clean the grout for our kitchen ceramic floors. Again! Great service...my tiles/grout lines look beautiful again! I plan to have both services done every six months and will definitely use Fresh and Green.

David answered all of my questions about cleaning machine made and handmade rugs. He was very informative. He knows his product and is very customer service oriented. He is a pleasure to work with.

David very kindly came on a day's notice to give an estimate for steam cleaning carpets throughout house and cleaning some rugs. We had fleas at my house, which I treated, but I was anxious to have everything cleaned. I have some rugs (thanks mother-in-law!) that I hoped to have cleaned, but I was concerned about not damaging them. David looked at the rugs. He determined that because of the dyes in the fibers, hand-knotted production and value of the rugs, he was not certain that he could safely clean them with his equipment. He said they would have to be removed by rug specialists, tested and cleaned with very specialized equipment. He formerly worked with cleaning antique rugs, so he really knows what he is talking about. I was so thankful that he was very careful and honest about this. Some rug cleaners might have just said and quot;sure, no problem, we will just charge you a lot.and quot; without really knowing what they are doing. I was very thankful. He does steam clean most rugs, it just depends on their materials and manufacture (Pottery Barn rugs would be fine) Because of the flea situation I wanted the carpets treated ASAP so he came back the next day. He used a van-mounted steam cleaning machine. He gives clients the option of using rug shampoo or not. He said it is a very safe, plant-derived solution. Safe for pets and kids (he has both so he really thinks about these things). He did a thorough job. He asked about if I wanted furniture moved around or not because he does not want to damage anything. My furniture is all cheap so he moved some around and I moved some around so he could run the machine everywhere. I highly recommend investing in some and quot;furniture glidersand quot; (at Lowes, for example) to easily push things around. It makes all the difference! Because hoses have to run into the house from the van, the front door had to be open. He was very careful about making sure I had the cats secured behind closed doors and that he knew where they were. That was great because a lot of people would not think of that or care. Although we agreed that the fancy rugs should not be steam cleaned, he very kindly used his super-power vacuum on them. He and I hauled, flipped and rolled several very heavy rugs so he could go over them with his vacuum. That removed so much dirt that the colors are actually brighter. (And I had just vacuumed them thoroughly with my vacuum) David did a great job and he was careful with my furniture, rugs and cats. I was thrilled and will use his services again. His price was very reasonable. He showed up exactly when he said he would and called first to confirm.
