"[Member Name Removed], thank you for the business we really appreciate it. It was a pleasure to work with you on your project."
"[member name removed] we are very sorry that you are disappointed with our company. I am not sure as a business owner what else we could have done for you in regards to your complaints. Our installers did leave the project around 9:30 am and asked your husband to complete a walk thru with them. He acknowledged that the job looked great. We realize you were not present at that time and when you returned and inspected the work you found issues with the baseboards and small spots on the walls by the baseboards. Around 1:17 you called our office let us know your issues and we set up an appointment for Monday. At 2:20 you called back and requested someone to come by that day, Doug dropped what he was doing and immediately went to your house and agreed we had some issues. Our installers were back there by 3:00 to correct the issues. Sometimes when you do remodel work some things happen, when we pulled off the baseboards 3 small spots of drywall at the corner bead come off from how the baseboards were installed when the house was originally built. We bought a new piece of baseboard and replaced the baseboard that you said was chewed up. You were told originally that there could be some paint touch up needed depending on how things went. The contractor that put your base on originally did not want it to come off so it was much harder to get off the normal house. Yes my crew should have filled the nail holes and that was completed. We offered to pay your painter to touch up. On Monday, we spoke again and you said you did the touch up yourself and want to be reimbursed, we honored that request. We do strive to do the best possible job for every client and schedule the best possible installer for each project. So it is not all about the number of jobs we do it is about doing the best job possible for each client."

"Thank you for the business and confidence you showed in us, we really appreciate it. It was a pleasure doing business. There are a lot of places to buy flooring but we are truely not happy with the job until the final process is done and you are happy."
