Upon James arrival, he was not annoyed by my dog which is a big plus for me. Showed him the problem and he explained that he needed to replace the 3 way switch which he did not carry in his truck, fortunately I had an extra one in the garage. While replacing the switch he noticed that when he moved the switch a certain way it would make the light flicker; as it turns out the switch I had bought a Lowes a while back is somewhat defective. I asked if he could purchase a new one but he had no time, he suggested my husband may replace the defective switch in the future with a better one. The light in the hallway works but I know that the switch from Lowes will probably not last. It is not James fault the switch was defective and he did make the effort to figure out why there was faulty contact, I just wished he carried extra switches in his truck since I did mention to the girl on the phone at the time of making the appointment that the problem involved a 3 way switch. I paid with a check and I was waiting for a receipt but did not get one, went out to ask James and he was gone. James is a nice guy just make sure you have the parts for your repair and in working condition.

He cancelled a couple of times before finally completing the work. The work was inspected and the city inspector found problems that had to be fixed. He came out and fixed most of the issues, but the circuits were listed wrong on the generator panel. He had to get a screw for the panel and took one as a sample. I called him and told him about the problems and he promised to come out on 23 Nov 13. He never should up and I called him. He never returned my call until I messaged him on FB. He also took, by accident, a $25 flashlight and the screw and he still hasn't returned them. I feel this is the only avenue left for me to let people know of my frustrations and lack of concern from this contractor. I am going to get someone else out to finish the job.

James was excellent. He is very personable and he responded immediately. He is very prompt and very knowledgeable. What stand out to me about him is his eagerness and willingness to give us what we want. He seemed to understand immediately what we wanted and he was absolutely eager to do it.

He arrived promptly, gave an accurate estimate and completed the work in one afternoon.
