 + 0 morethey claimed there was a failed raid something, but everything was fine, and the computer would still be usable. It was NOT. They failed to diagnose the problems. It was a little better at first, but is still slow, and, for example, will say Mozilla Firefox is running, but not responding. Computype did not help at all. They are incompetent. A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.
Description of Work: evaluate general functions and problems: computer is slow and locks up. A lot.

 + -1 moreA few weeks ago I got a really nasty virus on my computer. Best Buy wanted to charge me $250+ to fix it so I decided to shop around. I found a place called Computype that said they would do it for $124. When I took it in, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and professional and said I would have my computer back in about 24 hours. Best Buy said it would take a week! Sure enough, I got a phone call the very next day to pick up my computer. Now everything is running great. I don't think my computer was even this fast when I first bought it! Hopefully I won't have any more computer problems, but if I do, this is where I'm coming.
Description of Work: I had several viruses removed from my computer. I also got a tune up and they even installed antivirus for free!
