I called him few weeks ago but we never got together because I had to leave town and he was on vacation. He was very pleasant and very good. He was very friendly. He left his email and told me that I could email him and call him if I have any more questions at all with the computer or anymore problems. Technically I'm computer illiterate and that's why I need him if I have any problems. He was very accommodating and very nice. This is the first time that I'm using this kind of service on my computer and therefore I don't have anything to compare it to. He was good though. It took us a while to get together but it was partly my fault too. I was out of town and therefore we couldn't get together but I was very pleased. I think his price was a little high from what I've heard from my other co-workers. He was responsive. If he couldn't answer the phone, he called back later. He was right here when he told me that he would be coming. He was professional. There was no unprofessional behavior. I will definitely use his services again in the future.
