Coldwell was pretty good at getting us a renter, but not very good at property management. They changed their billing/payout cycle, collecting money from the renters on the 1st, but not paying us until the end of the month. In addition, their billing was often wrong. We were charged for work not completed and billed the wrong amount. In the end, I was forced to work so hard ensuring we were billed properly that I decided to manage my own property.

We lived hundreds of miles away and only had two weeks to find and buy our first home. Our realtor, my wife and I looked at almost 60 homes in a two week period. Being first time home buyers, our realtor, Chris Cravens, was amazingly patient and helpful. Mr. Cravens stuck with us the whole time. He made our first home buying experience a good one. He is a true professional. We would definitely do business with him again.

We were first time home-buyers and we calculated that we viewed 50+ homes in two weeks with our realtor. Realtor Chris Cravens was always available and on time. He always made time for us and our many questions. A real go-getter. If we saw something that he thought we might be interested in, he was on the phone immediately trying to get information and showings about the homes. A true professional!
