They gave an estimate and we selected the new shingles. They gave no notice for a start date. We got home after dark one evening to find a dumpster in our driveway and we figured they were going to start work the next day. The next day once the sun was up, we discovered they had already completed over half the job. They did complete the roof the next day. This was an insurance claim and they handled all the paperwork. All of that was fine. This issue of no notice was no big deal to us, the workmanship on the roof was good and we appreciated the way they handled the insurance claim. However, they did not properly reconnect a downspout and it fell to the ground. We called twice to have them come out to reconnect it, and while the woman who answered the phone said she would pass the information on, they never showed. We had a very rainy day with about an inch of rain and we got water in our basement due to the downspout not being connected. I called them again and explained that we'd gotten water in the basement and would they please come out to reconnect it. I did get a return phone call, but they never came to fix it. My 62 year old husband finally crawled out the window onto the roof and did it himself. Botton line - the work they did was fine but if for some reason you need to get them back to respond to an issue, good luck.
