He went above and beyond to get the carpet in and installed for me before my husband returned from a long business trip. They are always helpful in helping you choose a carpet and they give you a discount. The carpet I wanted wasn't available and they called me immediately so I could choose another carpet and they were able to get the carpet in for me. They had to hunt for an installer that could come in and get it done for me by my date. They were able to find one that came in over a weekend. I appreciated all that. I have used them 3 different times because there pricing is fair and they have always tried to work with us.
