 + -1 moreOn Saturday (8/13) late afternoon, I was going to send my mother & daughter flower bouquets. After several attempts at other florists, I called Bob's Florist in Belleville. Diane answered and I explained what I wanted and asked if they could be delivered that evening. There was no attempt to charge me an arm and a leg, which I really appreciated. No problem but no one answered the door when she knocked. She called me and left a voice mail explaining the situation. She offered to deliver them the following morning, and did! She sent me pictures to my phone and they were beautiful.In my opinion, Diane did an outstanding job and I will use her for my future florist needs.
Description of Work: Delivered flowers to my mother & daughter.
