On Saturday (8/13) late afternoon, I was going to send my mother & daughter flower bouquets. After several attempts at other florists, I called Bob's Florist in Belleville. Diane answered and I explained what I wanted and asked if they could be delivered that evening. There was no attempt to charge me an arm and a leg, which I really appreciated. No problem but no one answered the door when she knocked. She called me and left a voice mail explaining the situation. She offered to deliver them the following morning, and did! She sent me pictures to my phone and they were beautiful.In my opinion,
