When Paul and Leo Lugge opened the doors in 1959 they had only four employees and a vision for their company. OK, they are not the cheapest place in town to provide service, but they don't nickel and dime you to death either. They have come out and fixed issues with out charge. When I needed follow up invoice for taxes, the promptly provided them with no hassles. In fact, I'd put their work as the most professional of the entire project. To clarify, they came out and fixed what another subcontractor damaged. And still no charge.

Perfect. Ken got here right on time. He reviewed the work to be done, and gave me an expectation of the total cost (it came in a little lower). He got the work done in a little under two hours. He gave me some advice on caring for the spigots and my main water shut-off, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Ken was very professional and courteous.

They are a little more expensive than the competition but they do a wonderful job and are worth the extra cost. Their staff is well trained, courteous and competent.  They also retain their staff well which, to me, is a sign of a company with a good internal structure.

1. Like the fact that they call to remind you they are coming the week of service
.2. Call the day of appointment to tell you the time they are coming.
3. Like that they wear clean cover bootie over their shoes when they come into your home.
4. Like that they are professional and they give you options on services needed and they don't try to push services you don't need.

I was very pleased with them and I have been a customer of theirs for probably 10 years. I purchased a plan from them and any time I call them I get the scheduled times that I need, I get a discount on the parts or anything that I need and they always seem to send any responsible and nice people out to do the service.

We had a very odd smell in our house, and we had a lot of different people in the house, and I figured out what the smell was. It ended up being a gas leak, and nobody could figure out what it was. The interaction with them was fine, but I was disappointed they couldn't figure out what the smell was.  They were pretty responsive.

Bel-O is great. They are definitely a great company. I still use them. They come out for recurring treatment. They are always on time. They come out last minute. They look around. They make sure they do a good job and they are reasonably priced. They are absolutely just wonderful. I would not change them for another company.
