Discovered a colony of termites in our garage, started calling different companies on a Saturday afternoon. The first 5 companies didn't have much to say, either because it had an answering service or the person was just an admin. Called Advantage and the owner actually answered and provided information on termites and what can be done. Had them come out and do an evaluation and then the following week they came out and did the work. Excellent knowledge and excellent work. Very good folks, great experience!

They are punctual and professional. You can ask them to call you for next quarterly appointments. They offered to spray a second product for termites due to the zone I live in and the season, at no extra cost. Since I work with them quarterly I have only seen 1 random spider in 1.5 years.

The technician showed up on time and did a great job. He found where the ants were coming in and explained everything thoroughly. We saw a few ants about 6 weeks later so we called them back. Since their work was guaranteed for 60 days they gladly came back, no questions asked, resprayed, and we did not see another ant. Great job!

Went very well. In spraying outside my house, he found a problem under my house that he showed me. The problem had to do w/a leaky pipe. I would never have known the problem was there if he hadn't found it and showed me.

It was good. They came when they were supposed to and one time, and explained what they would do. They were good. The price was fair for what they did. They sprayed the inside of the house and the outside. We talked about spiders and they sprayed for that. It was good and it eliminated the spiders. I didn't see any more spiders, so that was good. I had to reschedule the appointment, so they were flexible.

They are flexible with their scheduling, and their techs are always prompt and friendly. I haven't had any issues with spiders, crickets, beetles or centipedes since I started using them. They are also very friendly to my pets, which is appreciated.
