 + -1 moreThe owner and crew were very courteous and friendly. The owner provided the estimate in a timely and professional manner. I received three estimates and this was the lowest bid. I preferred to use a local contractor in order to support the local economy and was pleased that ACI was local as well as a reasonable price. The project was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up of all debris. The final cost was as estimated. We are very pleased with the project and have contracted with ACI to do additional projects
Description of Work: ACI Construction Company of Belleville, IL installed a new roof on our home. The job included removing the old roofing and installing new architectural shingles. The owner provided a 10 warrantee for all workmanship as well.

 + -1 moreOVERALL GRADE WAS ORIGINALLY MARKED LOW BECAUSE TECHNICIAN FAILED TO APPEAR. HOWEVER, DRIVE-BY ESTIMATE DOES NOT ENGENDER CONFIDENCE IN ABILITIES.
Description of Work: I CALLED LAST THURSDAY FOR AN ESTIMATE, HE SAID HE'D SHOW UP ON FRIDAY MORNING. IT'S MONDAY AND WE'VE NOT YET SEEN HIM. FOLLOW-UP: WHEN LAST REPORTED, THE COMPANY HAD NOT STOPPED BY FOR AN ESTIMATE. NOW, I RECEIVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL CONTAINING AN ESTIMATE OF RE-ROOFING AT $5,000.
