Jim was quick to answer the phone and was able to come to my house within 30 minutes of calling. He found that there was a plug in the pipe somewhere after the new connection to the old connection and was able to clear it and used an acid to help wash it out clean. I was there to help if he needed anything and I was the one to dig a hole to find if there was a grease trap, I did not mind doing it but was not sure if it effected any of my price that I paid in my bill. Anyways I will definitely call him again because of the prompt service and knowledge in the field

It was expensive, but a service call was $60 just to have them come out, so we didn't cancel after getting the full price.
