After Dr Kenney had to go on leave of absence, everything went wrong. After 2 months of having braces on I received no adjustments, appointments kept being rescheduled or canceled. Finally I had to call to find out what was happening & was told me that Dr. Kenney would be out for the remainder of the year & I would have to be recommended to another orthodontist. Why did I have to call to find this out? Don't you think they would have called me?? SO, after 2 months I call another ortho & find out what to do. They informed me that it is going to be more $$ than what was originally planned. I called Old Town Dental & told them of this & was insured that due to my inconvenience they would cover any additional cost. After having them repeat that to me, I accepted. Now that I have had my braces removed & am waiting for another set, they are stating that they had no such knowledge of that agreement. After being with this dentist office for over 15 years you would think they would be doing whatever it takes to keep them in your good graces, but I guess times have changed. Maybe its time for me to change as well.

We think he is very good. On my last visit everything went very well. He is very professional and has kind of state of the art equipment in his office. His employees are very personable and seem intelligent.

He was my primary dentist for 4-5 years in the 90s before he moved. I would like to start going back to him since he is back in the Chicago area.

I just love him. He is just a very gentle dentist. I don't really like dentists too much and I get nervous when I go to the dentist, but he has a very calm and reassuring demeanor. I just like the office and he seems to have up-to-date, state-of-the-art new equipment. He just makes the whole experience the best it can be as far as going to the dentist. I don't think that he is in the office every day, but for the most part if I call ahead I don't have trouble making an appointment. The staff is very pleasant.
