It went very well with all the necessary work being done in a very professional manner. The cleaning of the discharge vent was more time consuming due to the difficulty of access to the ductwork. Mike Berkley was able to get into the very tight space in which the vent had been originally installed and continued to work in this area until he was satisfied that it was completely clean. The repair of the dryer was relatively simple in comparison, although it also required a thorough cleaning to remove clumped lint from the area below the dryer drum.
"We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our company. In checking our records, we saw that Mike was out on 7/19/2012 in response to your call that your Maytag refrigerator was leaking under the crisper drawer. At that time, no leak could be found, and we charged just the 60.00 service fee. We were wondering if it started leaking shortly after the service call date? The date of the service call was almost two years ago- has it been leaking this whole time? Since this is the first we have heard of the problem, we wish you would have called us back so that we could have taken care of it for you! We pride ourselves on customer service, so again, we are sorry you were not satisfied with our company. Respectfully, Dawn Berkley Berkley Appliance, Inc."
control panel and he did not have that. He went into a appliance store
and copied the code instructions and came back. He still could not
figure out the issue, so he did not charge us. Great Service!
