Excavation
The work that he did was fine. We were unhappy with his service because we didn't want him to put ruts in our yard. I told him when I first talked to him that we didn't want any ruts. It had rained a few days ago. When he arrived, I again mentioned that we didn't want the yard rutted. After he left, I went to check, and lo and behold, not only was our yard rutted, but our neighbors as well.
My husband was very angry when he got home, got on the phone and called Ron and told him that he WAS going to at least fix the neighbor's yard. We never heard back from him.
