 + -1 moreI called Pat because a friend referred me to him. Pat worked with me on my schedule including taking a day off so I could paint the walls after he demo'd the bathroom. He showed up on time. What I appreciated the most was all the recommendations he offered to make things look good. His recommendations didn't cost me more money since they were simple, but these simple recommendations have gone a long way. I asked him during the middle of the renovation if he would mind changing out my lighting, and he did it for no extra charge. He made many trips back and forth to Home Depot because I purchased the wrong items. He did this without complaining.
Description of Work: Pat demo'd my bathroom in terms of the floor, vanity (including the lighting), and toliet. He then replaced my floor with tile that I purchased and he even suggested a few things that ended up making my bathroom look great. He put up the new pedestal sink, replaced my lighting, and recaulked the entire bathroom. Once he was done I didn't even know he was there.
