Went with Stanley Co. after receiving high praise from a few neighbors. Simon was very professional providing estimate. Installation went smoothly. Eight months after patio was installed (March) we had massive spalling, cracking, chipping. The father came out once and said it just needed to be "resealed" (which I knew was false, but was willing to give them a chance... they are the professionals). Called many many times between March and June. I received two "we'll get out to take care of it" messages. As of June, they refuse to answer phone calls or text messages. We have a 13 month old, $11k patio that looks terrible and will likely need to be fully replaced. Avoid this company.

Will and Simon were great to deal with. It took a little time to get it installed because of weather and it being their busy season but it was well worth the wait. They did a great job and the project turned out great.

Was great. John always calls if there is a problem; gives me a competitive rate and makes sure I am satisfied with the job. I have found so many contractors show up late or not at all and dont even give you the courtesy of calling.

Prompt return of calls. Explained in detail work to be performed. Offered options. Provided quote on spot. Prompt on scheduled day, work completed on time, good clean up, nice job overall. Took a couple schedule changes to line up estimate.

They did a great job. They were timely, efficient, and the amount of money we spent was well worth it. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

Overall we are extremely pleased. They are professional, and very hard working people. They made sure every aspect of their work was superior.

Will is a perfectionist. He and his son oversaw all the work, and he installed top-quality tubing for the radiant heating. Although the process took much longer than I thought it would, as concrete takes only a few days to harden, the work was done in spurts, as Will was very busy and apparently had to juggle his schedule around several concurrent jobs. So when we were ready for the next phase, Will wasn't. But it was all worth it. His workmanship was superior, they protected surfaces from the sealant, and they cleaned up thoroughly when the work was over.
