Once that happened, the bump itself started to move. I contacted company and this was their reply: It was brought to our attention that you stated that you were having issues with the Big Bump and sent photo documentation. These speed bumps are designed to slow traffic to 1-2 mph. In our experiences when vehicles are going over the Big Bumps faster than 1-2 mph may not only cause damage to the vehicle but it also causes the Big Bump to wear as your photos demonstrate. When the end caps are removed and there is wear on the corners of the Big Bump this is caused by vehicles attempting to go around them at speeds higher than recommended. The hardware breakage is also conducive of vehicles going over the Big Bump at higher speeds than recommended. The warranty and, if applicable, extended warranties, expressly excludes and does not cover damage to any product, which is caused by the following: · Improper handling · Misuse · Alteration · Vandalism · Incorrect installation · Exposure to the elements, or by storm, hail, fire or flood Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund/replacement on the product.
