Greg Cummins came to my home to conduct an appraisal for tax reduction purposes. Mr. Cummins requested a check for $225 to cover the cost of the appraisal and reports necessary to file tax contesting paperwork. Greg Cummins cashed my check and never provided the promised documents. I attempted to contact Mr. Cummins several times over several months with no success. My $225 was never retured to me and sadly I missed the deadline to contest my taxes. I would not recommend Greg Cummins or Riverside Appraisal Services to anyone. Mr. Cummins was in MY HOME taking photos and as a result I feel very violated and unfairly taken advantage of.
Description of Work: Greg Cummins came to my home and spent approximately 30 mintues taking photos and performing an on site survey of my house for purposes in filing for a tax reduction.
