PROFESSIONAL WATER SYSTEMS INC

This review is a long time coming. Sitting down and looking for additional services has sparked me to finally get to writing this. We had multiple companies come out and the price range was ridiculous, we started at $5k with other contractors, and although other quotes we got came in cheaper, Professional Water Systems had everyone beat. Punctual, Professional, and the other great part, extremely reasonable. The prices they have listed on their site are the actual prices you will get for the unit, give or take on the actual installation requirements of course. We worked with Steve and he was great. I’ve had to follow up with a service call and it was fast and reasonable also. Highly recommend if you need a softening unit.

We had a leak in one of our treatment tanks. the system was installed originally by Professional but with a previous owner of the home. I was clearly informed of the trip charge and arranged a time when I could come home from work to learn about how the system works. Steve was a little early and had diagnosed the problem as a bad drive piston in the filter tank. He repaired it in minutes and informed if it was still a problem we could either replace the tank for $250 or the entire item including control head for $800. These are far lower numbers than are listed for other treatment suppliers in the area. He gave me instructions on how to manage the timing mechanisms and notice other potential issues. So glad I called them.

Wonderful. From my initial call to the install - all went very well. The nice, helpful office rep that answered the fun was able to honestly and effectively answer all my questions about the company and the quality of their product. This company is local to Batavia, not like the Big Name company that was going to charge me a lot more to buy the same quality 3 year old unit of theirs that I was renting. Definitely a better alternative.
Warranty is for life on the parts. Yup!

We called the main number on Tuesday and were told the service man would call at 8 AM the day of the call. At 7:57 AM the service man called to say he would be at our home between 10-11 AM. At 10:02 AM the service man arrived. This was a first for any service we have ever had done, and I told Steve that his service excellence is unusual and very appreciated in today's business world. He replaced all filters, repressurized the tank, replaced a piston, and then tested the system before he left. He gave us complete instructions on how to allow the spigot to run for several minutes to get the brackish water run through. Everything went exactly as he said it would.
