Fantastic. He encountered a lot of unexpected issues in our old house. He showed us and clearly explained all the issues, and gave us estimates to fix the problems. He finished all of the work very fast and only charged us for work performed and time spent (the cost was not based on estimated time). Very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable with him in the house at all times. We have had no issues with his work in the 2 years since we've used him.
