The new one had several divots in it and accumulated water spots. After showing those to the owner and the foreman, they decided it wasn't right and came out and patched it. The patches looked terrible and I talked it over with them and they wanted to re-do part of the driveway. After talking to other asphalt experts, they told me re-doing part of the driveway would cause a seam that water could get into. They finally told me they would just re-do the entire driveway. They did that and it looks great.

I've been using Midwest Sealcoat for YEARS. They will seal my drive each year, and as the drive is old, I ask for a heavier grade of sealer, then have cracks filled every other year. The drive is holding up well past its expected lifespan, and I credit that to Midwest Sealcoat's work.
