+ -1 moreI had an appointment scheduled and they were very prompt when I arrived for my appointment. I did not have to wait for them to start the work and they competed it very quickly. The quality of work was excellent. I have used them in the past for other work both major and minor and they have been very honest. One of my experiences involved a diagnostic check because my check engine light was on. Merlin informed me that they weren't equipped to do the work and referred me to the car dealership. They even went as far as to not charge me for the diagnostic check because they were unable to complete the required work. This was excellent customer service and it keeps me coming back for all my maintenance and repair needs.
Description of Work: Merlin completed a basic oil change and tire rotation.
