 + -1 morePaid over 14k for a small bathroom remodel. Numerous issues with work. Non-reponsive to attempts to contact. No physical address (P.O. box only). Could not find valid, active, corporate entity in Illinois corporate search. Owners name is Brian D. Only other review as writing of this review is by Brian D. Coincidence? Maybe. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. There are numerous very shady red flags here, in my opinion, and to this point they have utterly ghosted us and forced us to commence legal actions to get them to stand behind their work.

 + -1 moreWent well, it was time consuming to get all the water out from behind the tile and trim, but they did an excellent job getting the problem resolved
Description of Work: Had a leak around the toilet in the master bathroom, a leak in the stand up shower in the master bathroom and a leak from the toilet in the first floor half bath. Removed the toilet in the half bath and plugged the drain, brought in a de-humidifier to take out additional water from tile and grout and replaced the wax ring and replaced toilet after 48 hours. Removed old caulk and loose grout in stand up shower and brought another dehumidifier for the shower and re-caulked and grouted after 96 hours. Removed the toilet in the master bathroom, removed the surrounding tile and grout, removed the bad underlayment. Replaced underlayment, tile, grout, new wax ring, and replaced toilet.
