Went fine, not exactly aging all that well, but probably not contractor's fault. Results were a little messier than I had hoped for. Again, possibly a result of the process.

Glen and his crew did a fantastic job. They were quick and extremely detailed. Glen even came up with an idea of running a pipe under the drive way in case we ever need access in the future. It not often you see the owner/contractor slogging through the concrete himself doing the work right along with his crew. Everyone on the crew definitely cared about the quality work they were doing.

It's hard to believe that there are no reviews for this company. From beginning to end, without question one of then finest service providers that we ever worked with. We have done three projects with Glen Galis Concrete and all have been literally perfect. Galis will probably not be the low bidder on any particular job, but concrete work is expensive, especially if it is not done correctly. Spend the money and get the job done right. Highly, highly recommended

It went extremely well and quickly. Glen actively supervised the work and participated in it. He obtained the required permit from the city based on CAD drawings we provided. He suggested and installed a drain line beneath the concrete for a garage downspout. Portions of the city sidewalk at the drive were replaced and match the existing walk very well. The curb cut was ground to provide a smooth transition at the street. A stoop for the side door of the garage was removed and pavement level along the full side of the garage was brought up to that of the garage floor.. All disturbed portions of the adjoining lawn were reseeded. Bricks of an adjoining walk were temporarily stacked along the walk (per our agreement) to facilitate the concrete work.

After a year, my driveway still looks perfect. They did a great job warping the surface to direct stormwater away from the house and garage. They also worked well with my neighbor's requests on his portion of out driveways' shared apron. They took care of the permitting.

We are extremely happy with the new concrete drive and walkway. Glen was excellent to work with. He worked with us during the forming process of the hardscape when adjustments needed to be made once we could visual see the area of the drive as we modified the existing footprint. His crew was very professional, friendly and punctual. Even before signing the contract he was very responsive to our questions and worked with us regarding the price. Between signing the contract and scheduling the work there were a few weeks until installation due to weather delays for other projects, but Glen kept us in the loop as to the status. Once work started it was completed without delays. I would highly recommend Glen Galis Concrete and would used them again for future projects.

Glen Galis and his team did a wonderful job from start to finish. He dealt with the City and zoning for us. And as promised was done in 48 hours. In the end, Glen did an excellent job on the driveway and drainage. I would definitely hire him again.

Fantastic. Team of about ten guys worked tirelessly for two and a half days. I had the days off (I'm a teacher, and it was summer), so I got to watch the whole process. Their professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. I initially balked at the cost, but after seeing all that goes into this kind of project and the beautiful end result, I'd say it was worth every penny. Glen is a class act!

Everything went perfectly. Complete attention to detail and clearly a very high quality job. Glen Galis may not be the least expensive quote you receive, but it's reasonable and rest assured that he is worth every penny you pay. Absolutely stellar job. I used another contractor at my previous house and the work was OK but did not compare to the excellent job that Glen did. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him again for any concrete work that I may need to have done in the future.

Perfect. Glen and his crew were there when they said they would be and work was completed on time. Everything was cleaned up. Dirt and grass seed spread where lawn was removed. Very professional.

They removed old sidewalks from both sides of our house and replaced them with new concrete. We knew ahead of time when they were coming and Glen kept us in the loop as to when the crew would be returning for the next steps. Everything was done professionally, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would highly recommend them.

Every aspect of this experience was better than what we anticipated! Researched on Angies List and read all the reviews. Selected them because of the good experiences shared by others. Glen came out and provided us an estimate in April. We procrastinated until October. Glen was very upfront with us explaining the ability to complete the job this year was weather dependent. Even offered to honor the quote next year if we didn't get it done before winter. Fortunately, the weather was perfect. Three great things I appreciate: (1) we had a basketball pole that they disassembled, reassembled and installed perfectly; (2) they reinstalled about 60 sq. ft. of pavers for a very reasonable price (I thought I'd have to do the work myself or pay alot more than what Glen quoted; this was an add-on by the way); and, (3) they re-did all of the affected landscape and grass around the driveway in a perfect manner, and re-seeded. Great attention to detail. On top of that, everyone was very professional and nice. Thank you Glen, your dad and the rest of your crew!

Glen and team were very professional and did a great job replacing the driveway quickly with great attention to detail in the finishing. High quality work with a company who makes it easy for the customer.

Glen took the time to develop improvements in the layout and design of our existing driveway and sidewalks to provide for improved drainage and aesthetics. He had some great ideas and he and his crew really made the finished job look wonderful. They were in and out in two days, cleaned everything up, and even back-filled the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed so that the whole front of the house has a new look. I would endorse Glen and his crew without hesitation.

We are very pleased with the job Glen did for us and feel we got outstanding value for our money. Glen was easy to work with and responded to our calls and emails promptly. Despite 90 degree temperatures, Glen's team worked to get the job done in two days because yet another of the many major spring rainstorms was predicted for the following day. Not only did they complete the concrete work in that time , but also finished repairing or replacing the sod and a row of paver bricks that had to be removed to accommodate the concrete forms, as well as replacing an old buried downspout extension that wasn't properly draining. Also, where the service walkway was removed, they filled with dirt and graded the area. The crew is very professional and Glen works along with them. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the area during and after the job and even stopped by a couple of times afterward to inspect. We highly recommend Glen as his company clearly sets a high standard for quality of work.

Very responsible. One of the best professional jobs I've ever seen! Fantastic response,excellent execution of job, matches existing driveway. Looks beautiful. They cleaned everything up quickly, as well as put all my sod back against the new concrete And seeded any exposed areas. Loved this company and would highly recommend them!!!

From initial consultation to finished walkway, Glen and his team did great work!
The initial visit he listened to what our thoughts were and offered several great suggestions for enhancements. He provided quote in a timely manner and gave us suggestions of where to go to see samples of the various color/texture options available. As it was just a front wal, from the front door to the driveway with a stoop at the door, it was not the world's most intricate design. But with the enhancements suggested by Glen, the finished product looks unique and fabulous. We could not be happier, and have received many favorable comments already.
There was a several week lag before project work commenced (Glen told us this up front, he had a lot of work scheduled this summer). Once they started, it was a four day process in all. (Ithink they could have done i three days if the city inspector had been available ).
Crew and glen all very pleasant and professional, and the work quality is superb! Highly recommend glen if you want concrete work done with style.
