HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. HIS ONLY CONCERN WAS OUR MONEY AND HOW FAST HE COULD GET IT. HE WAS INSISTANT ON FULL PAYMENT BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE AND WENT BEHIND MY BACK TO MY WIFE WHEN I REFUSED. SHE, NOT AWARE OF MY REFUSAL, PAID HIM AND NOW THAT HES PAID HE IS UNRESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS REGARDING A WARRANTY ISSUE. WE HAD ORDERED ALL HUNTER DOUGLAS BLINDS BUT HE SWITCHED OUT THE VERTICAL BLINDS WITH LAFAYETTE BLINDS - NOT COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. HUNTER DOUGLAS COVERS THEIR PRODUCTS WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. ONE OF OUR BLINDS BROKE. IT WAS THE LAFAYETTE PATIO DOOR VERTICAL BLIND. IM GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT.
