Everything has been approved and there are just a few minor things left to be done. I am in a wheelchair and the place is for a caregiver. They are very competent and have used material of good quality. They have done everything in their power to speed up the process of finishing the apartment. They have done quality work even though they had to hurry. They have gone out of their way to do special things for me while keeping the cost down. They are excellent. I never had problems getting hold of them. I may have had to wait for just a couple of hours at times but they always answer my calls. They are very responsive to the needs of a client and they are always willing to work with you. We are now talking about doing some other things in our kitchen and bathrooms.

They replaced 17 windows about a year and a half ago, and my overall experience with them was good. We had a little trouble with one because we were getting some air flow around it but they did a good job of sticking with it to get it fixed. I appreciated that. It wasn?t their problem; it was really the problem with Andersen, the window manufacturer. They were competitive with everybody else in their pricing but I would have always wanted it to be lower. They did a very good job. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
