After seeing BBC's superb skylight replacement done at my neighbor's house, I asked BBC to replace my 30-year-old plexiglass skylight, not because of a leak but simply to preempt any possible future problem. Told BBC "no hurry". Nevertheless I got super-prompt service, most excellent communication, and a modern skylight replacement at a more-than-reasonable cost.

Jack helped us conceptualize and ultimately build a nice mudroom by adding a wall, moving some electrical, and quite a bit of drywall and trim work. It looks great and Jack made suggestions and considered our input throughout the process.

Everything went very well and exceeded my expectations. I had a time line and the contractor stuck to it. All of the people working in my home were very professional and did outstanding work. I highly recommend BBC Construction and Remodeling. I love my new master bath!

The job went well above my expectations. The crew removed all the flotsom and jetsom that a 35 year old crawlspace will accumulate. Foil faced rigid insulation was applied to foundation walls after sealing cracks with epoxy. Insulation batts were applied to interior floor joists after all small openings were sealed. The net savings in dollars was between $ 1500 to $ 3000 over the lowest bids by companies who offer poured concrete sealing systems. I saved several hundreds of dollars by installing my own grill vents into my laundry room for ventilation. A huge bonus was the fact that the heating ducts from my forced air furnace warm the floors of the living space above while reducing energy costs.
