After purchasing, I was told I needed to call a separate delivery company for an additional $100. I wasn't told about this upfront. I called the delivery company on a Friday. They wanted my credit card over the phone. I gave it to them. On Monday, my credit card company wanted to see if charges on my account were me. They were not, and I suspect the delivery company. I only use that particular card for gas, so they're the only ones who could have gotten the number. They never showed up on the first appointment we had scheduled. When I called to find out when they'd be out, I was told multiple times it would only be another hour. We had to reschedule the original appointment. After three weeks from the purchase, I finally had my mattress delivered. They showed up in an old beat up van with my mattress laying on the bottom with heavy furniture stacked on top of it, which caused damage. I had to talk the delivery company into hauling away my old mattress. It was a terrible ordeal that kept getting worse. I would never buy anything that needs delivered by Sam's Club again.
