"RE: THE PRICE, WE WERE THERE FOR TWO HRS TWO MEN,EVERY THING WE REPLACED WAS IN VERY BAD SHAPE AND REQUIRED A LOT OF TIME AND EXPENSIVE PARTS, THE OWNER WAS NOT HOME TO EXPLAIN EVERY THING WE DID AND TO SHOW HIM , HIS YOUNG DAUGHTER WAS THE ONLY ONE HOME,WE LEFT ALL THE OLD PARTS THERE,AND EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT WE DID, SHE PAID US WITH HIS CHECK, HE CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND I EXPLAINED ON THE PHONE WHAT WE DID, A FEW WEEKS LATER WE GET ANOTHER CHECK FROM HIS CHURCH FOR THE SAME AMOUT OF THE BILL, WITH A NOTE FROM HIM EXPLAINING, HE WAS POOR AND THE CHURCH WAS HELPING HIM,OUT, AND COULD WE PAY HIM BACK FOR HIS ORIGINAL CHECK, WE MADE TWO TRIPS TO HIS HOUSE BEFORE WE COULD FIND HIM HOME, AND PAID HIM BACK WITH A COMPANY CHECK, WE WENT WAY OUT OF OUR WAY TO HELP HIM OUT,BECAUSE OF HIS SITUATION, HE WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB WE DID, NOT THE BILL,WHICH PROBABLY WAS A LOT OF MONEY WHEN YOU ARE IN HIS SITUATION MONEY WISE. I DON,T THINK ANY GOOD LICENSED PLUMBER WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB FOR LEES TIME AND MONEY, PAUL BAUMGARTNER, OWNER."
