Garage spring broke and Dennis came out the next Day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue as to why our garage door spring had broke twice within the last 5 years. Dennis explained why the issue happened and was able to get the correct parts next day and properly repair our garage. Dennis was very through, professional and responsive. I will highly recommend AAA DoorTeks to anyone having a garage issue.

They were very upfront on the cost. The job took a while due to a snafu at the shop, but they kept communication going throughout so I knew what was up. (They even asked if they could text me so as to not interrupt the kids' schooling with knocks at the door - bonus points for that.) And at the end when I came out to review the work, I asked if they could do anything about the door not shutting flush against the concrete. The guy adjusted the torsion more and now our garage door is more flush with the floor than it was before. So I'm quite pleased.

Dennis called immediately on the 4th of July when I put my request in. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product he sells. He asked some basic questions about my requirements and was able to give me an estimate right then. I hired him a couple weeks later and within 4 days I had a new garage door. On a late Saturday night, we received a call back in 1 minute from leaving a message. Whereas other businesses are closed, AAA had someone come out the following morning at 10:00. The technician was very pleasant, competent and did a fine job. Would use AAA again for their service and quality.

Dennis was great to work with. Super friendly, and super helpful! He called right away, offered an estimate over the phone and an arrival time later the same morning. Called when he was on his way. Recommended some other minor improvements, such as mounting and adjusting the bearings, to make the work last longer. He even fixed my opener button that has been a headache for me for way too long. Extremely happy customer! Would definitely use Dennis (and assistant Renee) again.
