I attempted to contact the service provider over a 6 week period. Mike’s voicemail is not set up so leaving a message was not possible. When I finally got in touch with Mike he gave me several bogus times I should call him to set an appointment. After a brief conversation with another Home installation service he explained that the remotes that were installed by Mike & Unique wiring solutions were basically overcomplicated junk that required service calls just because. The tech instructed me to invest in a Logitech ultimate remote and hub. I am super excited to get rid of this garbage system and start working with a competent Home AV technician.

I was extremely happy with the project. Mike and his crew customized the placement of cameras so that I had the coverage that I needed ( I had lots of cameras installed). The camera quality is excellent. Mike was very through in all aspects of the project to address all of my security concerns including the addition of extra lighting. Mike was very clear and patient in describing all the tech aspects of at the hardware and software so that it was very user friendly. I feel very confident and secure with this new system and Mike has been available to come back and service his system when necessary. I am a very satisfied customer.

Mike did an excellent job. In this case he had to work with wood paneled walls. He came up with a way to wire the room without destroying the paneling. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

Mike was very professional, willing to come out when I was available, on time, and able to help out with some troubleshooting that other companies were not willing to do. Charged me appropriately for service completed. Able to get the sound working on my TV/DVD/cablebox/sound bar setup. Also provided advice on future options of TV setup.

- Mike was great. He arrived on time and spent 2 separate full days working on whole house wiring in 2 houses. One house was relatively straightforward. The other was a 100+ year home with lathe & plaster walls that was pretty challenging. He rose to the challenge in both cases. He really knew his stuff. In addition to doing the basic work, he did the small things like hiding wires and arranging the wiring so future users of the wiring can easily understand the organization.

The TV wires were challenging and he was persistent and creative to find a way to get it done without leaving me with any drywall repair. For the dining room he ran the wire thru the laundry ceiling, then down thru the crawlspace, then up thru the wall next to the stair and finally out into the dining room. For the living room, he went thru the laundry ceiling, thru the ductwork in the ceiling, and up into a coat closet, then out into the livingroom. These were not easy paths to identify but he refused to give up until he found a way. Thur it all he was in good humor, energetic, respectful, and open to hearing my ideas. His price was more than reasonable since I agreed to wait until he was coming down to this are on another call. I would definitely use him again.

We explained what we needed over the phone and Mike was able to answer all of our questions and even offered up suggestions. When he arrived, he was prompt, professional, and extremely neat. After the job was done, he was thorough in explaining what he had done, how things worked. I would recommend Mike to do any wiring / electrical work in your home. He was meticulous with all his work and clean-up.

It went great. Mike was very responsive and was here on time. Mike and his partner quickly mounted and wire our 47" TV in about 2 hours as promised. They did a great job and cleaned up. Good work for a far price.

Mike is very thorough and professional. He installed my flat panel TV on the wall, and provided all the necessary wiring. The installation of all wires were done inside the wall. Excellent work!
Mike made room in his schedule to come over and perform the installation even though he was very busy with other projects. He goes out of his way to insure the customer is satisfied.
