Torres & V Concrete

We hired Torres to replace a concrete patio and walkway and we are very disappointed in the final product. The work was so sloppy, we have leaves sticking out of the concrete and several leaf prints. Areas that we did not have done are splashed with concrete that we cannot scrape off. Bricks from the patio missing and not replaced. They barely cleaned up the area with rocks and some concrete they dumped everywhere. We asked the owner to come back to see how it could be corrected and he never showed up. We have had a hire a separate cleaning service for our yard but not sure how we will ever fix the shoddy concrete work. I would not recommend using them.

Torres Concrete was arranged by our contractors to put in a concrete stamped patio. The company did not know when they were doing. Days after it was install it was covered with surfaced cracks and also had the following issues: construction joint with two separate pours and misaligned stamping, sawcut control joint incorrectly cut outside of mortar join, surface cracking due to over stressing concrete paste that was too dry with stamp tool, incorrect sawcut out of mortar joint with lack of imprinting with stamp tool and unrepaired chip out. After many meetings and conversations, the company refused to fix the problem. We had to hire another company to remove the patio and put another one in. This not only cost us thousands of dollars, but delayed our project by weeks.

We have a couple of small cracks in the concrete that we are not satisfied with the way they responded to them but other than that everything was fine so I have to think about whether I will use them again in the future.
