Steve did an absolutely beautiful job, and I couldn't be happier with it! He came to the house (which was so convenient) and his pricing was very reasonable. He was courteous, punctual, professional, and a true craftsman. My ottoman especially had so many cracks and Steve did wonders with it. I will certainly 100% hire him again for any project and I highly recommend his work.

What a beautiful job! After a morning in Steve's hands, our 10 year old furniture looks like it is brand new - it's a "wow" for sure. Steve is very professional and obviously knows what he is doing, and very pleasant as well.

We had two seams splitting from the back of our sofa. He came in and fixed both in a timely manner. You can’t even tell it was fixed. He was super nice and did a fantastic job. Most upholsterers wouldn’t even consider fixing it, so I’m glad I could find a leather repair person to take care of it. I will use him again if anymore seams split.

The job was completed as promised.  The repair and the color match was excellent. It is also a pleasure to have a contractor arrive when scheduled.

Called Steve at the beginning of January and also sent him an email with pictures of the damaged area.  Steve sent me back an email within 24 hours.  He then called me back to set up a specific date to do the repair.  He arrived within the time frame that he gave me and immediately set to work.  Steps were used to repair the affected area.  He has been doing this kind of work for 30 years. 
We were very happy with the results.

Steve is knows leather cleaning and repair. He is courteous and professional. Used him once before and was on time both appointments.

I had asked Steve to call me before he came to my house, which he did. We were able to push-up the appointment, which helped me out. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Steve is so professional and went to work quickly. He took his time in making sure that the crack was repaired beautifully and that everything was done thoroughly and painstakenly. Before you throw out a piece of old leather furniture, call him. It can be re-claimed and restored to its original luster. The overall experience was great. It is impossible to use any product yourself to clean stains off of leather. He has the knowledge and experience to restore remove the stain and restore the item to close to its original look.

It went very well. He was able to restore our couch without having to buy a new one. The couch looks very good.

We were looking to improve the looks of a very comfortable leather chair and ottoman that has seen a great deal of use in our house. Steve quoted his minimum price on the phone for coming out, and though I felt it was a bit expensive, I agreed to give it a try. I'm really attached to this chair. He came at the appointed time and spent a couple hours thoroughly cleaning the pieces, and colored in the cracks, so that they look much better. I'm very pleased with the work. Steve really knows leather. He even referred me to a company to clean my leather coat.

Left a message and it was returned the next day. After describing the damage I was given an oral estimate and scheduled a home visit. They arrived on time and described the work that would be needed to be done to fix the leather. Price was within the range given on the phone. They were able to repair the damage and the furniture looks new.

Our dark brown leather couch had been in a storage unit for two years. When we brought it out we saw the the sides were discolored, almost black. We had no idea what caused it. Steve determined that, to our surprise, the couch had been sitting in water! He cleaned the couch and applied dye to make the color uniform again. I don't quite understand how he did it, but now the couch is now back to its original color. It looks great. Since I have eagle eyes, I can faintly see where some of the damage was, but I know no one else would ever notice. The work was very expensive, but Steve definitely knows what he's doing. It helped that I got a coupon off of his website.

He made and kept an appointment at our convenience. He completed all the work within a few hours, and the furniture looks like new. Very professional and skilled in his work.

I got the name Technique, Inc. from the man who touches up the woodwork in our house. Steve, from Technique, returned phone calls right away and showed up precisely when he said he would. I understand that normally when leather has a problem it's game over, ruined! But, Technique, Inc. did a really good job restoring the finish on both ottomans. We have used him twice and both experiences were good and reasonably priced.

I was very happy with them. They were a little late but they called me to let me know that they were running a little bit late. That was important to me. They were very polite. They also repaired a scratch at no additional cost.
