He originally quoted $700 and then when he came they charged me $850. I wrote him the check and they did some work. He did put in all but 2 of the bushes. He has yet to install the stones. I have tried to call him for nearly 2 months. He originally said he would come back but he has yet to show. The quality of work was very good - he just did not follow through.
