They were punctual, courteous and professional.

Alice needed everything written down and everything explained several times. Dave took his time and explained everything in detail and made sure sher was completely satisfied and the system was running before he was willing to leave. He made sure Alice knew how to work everything and what to do in case something was not working as her system is extremely complicated.

I got this vendor from the previous owner on a house in Wilmette I bought who used them as well as other neighbors highly recommended them. I can see why. Dave, his wife and the crew are prompt and professional.
I got them to do the annual service for $125, plus cost of heads etc, wilmette license and inspection. This was reasonable as they worked for an hour and did a wonderful job.
After a while we found one head broken and leaking. Called and they showed the same day. They happened to be in the area (Niles). Came on time did the work for 40 minutes. Then charged us one hour of labor (why not pro-rate ?) + $30 for a head. $157 total. My wife was suprised with the cost and called the office the answer was this is our Wilmette pricing. Now a head for a sprinkler system is the same in Wilmette as well in the south side of Chicago. I do not understand why we need to be charged extra because we live in Wilmette. I disagree with this practice. I would have understood if they were coming all the way from Bartlet just for this, but they had a job in a nearby suburb, so this was not the case, why charge us so much just for one sprinkler head. I am sure if my house was located in Skokie, the cost for labor was different.
This is the only point. Besides that they are professional and a nice business to deal with.

Dave was very prompt and on time. He was very professional. I was charged $103 for one sprinkler head. I have not idea if that is expensive of not but as far as for the service they get an A.

They are knowledgeable, fair priced and courteous.

I spent $9000 on the sprinkler system and I spend $200 on their yearly visits. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile and spends time talking to me about the problems that I have with the system.
